We are expanding our team and seeking contributors at all levels. Tenstorrent designs AI and RISC-V compute hardware that requires top-tier design tools and intellectual property for global competitiveness. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Engineering Infrastructure will lead the procurement strategy for our design ecosystem. This includes managing vendor negotiations, IP licensing agreements, and tool sourcing to empower our global engineering teams to innovate rapidly. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex, multi-faceted deals, operate autonomously with minimal supervision, and build credibility with vendor executives, internal stakeholders, and C-suite leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience sourcing complex technology (IP, design tools, or semiconductor components) in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based vendor relationships.
  • Detail-oriented operator capable of managing multiple concurrent deals.
  • Deep procurement expertise in semiconductor design ecosystems (specifically 3rd party IP licensing, EDA/CAD tools, or equivalent technology sourcing experience).
  • Proven ability to lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
