About The Position

As a member of this team, the employee will work under a leader who provides clear directions, ensures necessary tools, acts with the greater good in mind, delegates appropriately, understands the role, makes expectations clear, communicates well, holds effective meetings, and provides regular one-on-one feedback and recognition.
Requirements

- Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater
- Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable
- Own all aspects of the property’s condition, from the interiors; units and common areas to the exterior; buildings and grounds
- Make sure that work orders and turns are being completed in a timely and economically wise manner
- Communicate well with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Effectively manage inventory and equipment
