Responsibilities

• Performs full range of duties pertaining to the loan processing/closing/servicing and all the responsibilities necessary in granting credit to the Bank’s borrowers
• Pulls system inquiries to obtain credit history on potential borrowers
• Obtain initial coverage binders or copies of policies from borrowers or insurance agents and maintains up-to-date policies
• Ascertains level of insurance is appropriate and the Bank is listed as lien holder
• Obtains pay-off information as necessary
• Files UCC in a timely manner: perfection of security, interest, collateral
• Identifying and selling bank products and services beneficial to customer needs
• Assist customers with wire transfer and address customer questions
• Order printed checks
• Keep educated on all deposit and business products
• Open Safe Deposit Boxes
• Obtain data to open new accounts, including forms, customer’s signatures, resolutions, partnership agreements etc.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures
