About The Position
Applied Underwriters, Inc., a global risk services company, is seeking an experienced Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster to manage complex coverage, liability, and legal issues. The role involves handling a diverse caseload of commercial general liability claims and requires strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills, along with extensive knowledge of policy interpretation and negligence standards. The successful candidate will appreciate the sensitive nature of complex liability claims. Requirements
- At least 2 years of general liability claims adjusting experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Extensive knowledge of policy interpretation and negligence standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial general liability claims.
- Handle complex coverage, liability, and legal issues within claims.
- Use investigation, communication, and negotiation skills to manage claims.
