About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, corporate finance, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational information into clear, concise business recommendations.
• Analytical curiosity and a desire to understand the business drivers behind financial results, rather than simply report the numbers.
• Self-motivation and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build credibility with business leaders.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OneStream, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• MBA or other advanced certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and the drivers of business performance.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and other tools to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze large datasets from multiple systems and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, management reporting packages, and analytical tools.
• Partner with business leaders to assess operational performance, identify improvement areas, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Use Business Intelligence tools and reporting platforms to expand analytical capabilities and improve access to information.
• Present financial findings, insights, and recommendations to Finance, business leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Support executive, Board, and lender reporting with accurate, meaningful, and timely analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analysis, streamline processes, and improve the efficiency and quality of financial information.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Identify business risks and opportunities and help translate findings into actions that improve performance.
• Build relationships across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, IT, and other functions as a trusted analytical partner.
