ServiceNow IT Business Analyst
About The Position
The ServiceNow Product Manager/Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team, ensuring platform capabilities align with organizational objectives, operational needs, and regulatory requirements. The role gathers, documents, analyzes, and validates business requirements; translates them into user stories and platform enhancements; and drives delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The analyst works with product owners, developers, administrators, and business leaders to optimize platform performance, improve user adoption, and support strategic initiatives across IT and business operations. This is a remote, contract-to-hire position for a client in the financial industry. Candidates must initially work directly for TEKsystems on a W-2 basis before converting to full-time employment. Pay is $41.00–$49.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team.
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and platform enhancements.
- Drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, administrators, and business leaders to optimize platform performance, improve user adoption, and support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
- Create process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Manage backlogs within Agile frameworks.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor platform performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure alignment with IT governance, cybersecurity, asset management, audit, and compliance objectives.
