ServiceNow Business Analyst
About The Position
MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with at least six years of experience to join a Federal IT team supporting clients as they transform their businesses and solve complex problems using ServiceNow. This is a highly client-facing role involving frequent communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will work effectively in teams and communicate clearly and articulately, including with senior client leadership. The role involves gathering detailed business requirements, working with agency stakeholders to implement solutions that meet customer needs, supporting development teams by testing completed stories, and creating and communicating project documentation. The position is remote, with the DC Metro area strongly preferred, and does not require travel. A bachelor's degree and U.S. citizenship are required; candidates must be able to obtain USDA Suitability.
Requirements
- A minimum of six years of experience.
- At least four years of direct experience supporting management consulting and/or technology transformation efforts; federal government consulting is preferred.
- At least one year of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain USDA Suitability.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC, including Agile and Waterfall.
- ServiceNow experience with HRSD/SPM and CSM.
- A bachelor's degree.
