About The Position

MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with at least six years of experience to join a Federal IT team and support clients in transforming their businesses and solving complex problems with ServiceNow. This is a highly client-facing role involving frequent communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will work effectively in teams and communicate clearly and articulately, including with senior client leadership.

The role is remote, with candidates in the DC Metro area strongly preferred. No travel is required. A bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates must be U.S. citizens with the ability to obtain USDA Suitability. The stated compensation range is $95,000–$110,000.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience, as stated in the role summary.
• At least four years of direct experience supporting management consulting and/or technology transformation efforts; federal government consulting is preferred.
• At least one year of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain USDA Suitability.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC approaches.
• ServiceNow experience with HRSD/SPM and CSM.
• Bachelor’s degree.
