ServiceNow IT Business Analyst
About The Position
The ServiceNow Product Manager/Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team. The role ensures that platform capabilities align with organizational objectives, operational needs, and regulatory requirements. It gathers, documents, analyzes, and validates business requirements; translates them into actionable user stories and platform enhancements; and supports delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The analyst works with product owners, developers, administrators, and business leaders to optimize platform performance, improve user adoption, and support strategic initiatives across IT and business operations. The position is a remote contract-to-hire role based out of Dallas, Texas. Candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W-2 basis before converting to full-time employment. Pay is $41.00–$49.00 per hour, depending on experience and other job-related factors.
Requirements
- ServiceNow experience.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, business process analysis, Agile methodologies, and IT service management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly for TEKsystems on a W-2 basis before conversion to full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team.
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and platform enhancements.
- Drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, administrators, and business leaders to optimize platform performance and improve user adoption.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
- Create process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Manage backlogs within Agile frameworks.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor platform performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure alignment with IT governance, cybersecurity, asset management, audit, and compliance objectives.
