About The Position

ZipStaff is hiring an IT-Business Systems Analyst to support Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory pharmacy systems. This remote, 12-month W2 contract typically follows hours of 9–5 CT and involves working with pharmacists, retail pharmacy partners, and IT business analysts as part of a team of about 14. The analyst will build and maintain Epic Willow configurations, support pharmacy incidents and service requests, gather requirements, and implement enhancements for pharmacy operations. The role also supports pharmacy integrations, dispensing workflows, and related interfaces, and participates in testing, upgrades, implementations, and ongoing production support.

Requirements

Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory certification.
At least 3 years of hands-on Epic Willow build and support experience.
At least 3 years of healthcare IT or pharmacy systems experience.
At least 3 years working with pharmacy workflows, including ordering, verification, dispensing, inventory, and administration.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice To Haves

Dual Willow (Inpatient and Ambulatory) certification.
Pharmacist background.
Experience with Willow Inventory.
Pharmacy billing experience.
Experience supporting multi-facility health systems.
