About The Position

The Intermediate Application Systems Analyst independently manages application configurations, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with end-users. The role focuses on improving application functionality, supporting upgrades, and managing medium-scale optimizations. The analyst supports applications in a clinical or operational environment and works with operations, IT teams, and vendors to improve application use and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support.
• Ability to manage technical tasks independently.
• Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams.
• Meet one of the following education and experience combinations: high school diploma and at least 5 years of application analysis experience; an associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field and at least 3 years of application analysis experience; or a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field and at least 1 year of application analysis experience.

• Experience in application support or IT analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain application systems to ensure efficient functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, supporting end-users in a clinical or operational environment.
• Develop skills in vendor relationship and management.
• Perform system upgrades and enhancements, and document workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to leverage application functionality and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with vendors and manage vendor issues as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the leader.
