About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma plus additional training and experience maintaining large HVAC systems and equipment such as air handling units, rooftop units, exhaust fans, split systems, and classroom unit ventilators
• Strong troubleshooting and system analysis skills
• Massachusetts Journeyman Refrigeration/HVAC License
• Valid MA Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems and automatic temperature controls
• Testing and troubleshooting equipment such as chillers, air handling units, ductless and split systems, package AC units, boilers, and ventilation systems
• Using laptop-based diagnostic tools and software to monitor and adjust system performance
• Performing preventative maintenance, keeping accurate records of repairs, and managing parts replacements
