About The Position
Haller is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join their Residential Install division. This role requires significant experience in Residential HVAC Installs, a passion for outstanding customer service, and a commitment to high-quality work. Haller values Integrity and Customer Care. This position is Safety Sensitive.
Requirements
- 8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Boiler installation experience is highly preferred.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal is ideal.
- Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
- Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
Responsibilities
- Install Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, ensuring projects are done correctly the first time.
- Work with a variety of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, and Geo-Thermal Units.
- Work under minimum supervision while being a collaborative team member.
- Provide guidance and share knowledge with HVAC helpers.
- Complete all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
