Lead HVAC Installer
About The Position
We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to perform retrofit replacements of HVAC systems. Installers work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. The role emphasizes customer service and includes technical work, collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory, and communicating with homeowners about their system after service. Safety and performance tests are conducted on each system, along with checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. The position is based in Orange, California, with travel of up to 25%. Requirements
- Complete a pre-employment background check.

- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
