About The Position

Tribute Companies is hiring hands-on installers for multifamily apartment construction projects in plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), or electrical trades. Installers perform work appropriate to their assigned trade and experience under the direction of a trade foreman. Experience is preferred but not required; candidates with helper-level experience are encouraged to apply. The position requires travel to assigned project locations, with eligible transportation, lodging, and meal expenses covered according to company policy. It is full-time, non-exempt, and offers frequent overtime. Pay ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on relevant education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Requirements

Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
Ability to follow instructions, work reliably with a crew, and learn new skills.
Ability to perform essential job duties, including working on ladders, carrying materials, and working in active construction environments, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to travel to assigned project locations.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on installation experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work; helper-level experience is encouraged.
Multi-family or new-construction experience.

Responsibilities

Install plumbing piping and fixtures, HVAC ductwork and equipment, or electrical wiring, conduit, boxes, and devices, depending on the assigned trade.
Follow the foreman’s direction, project plans, and installation instructions.
Assist with layout, rough-in, finish installation, and punch-list work.
Move, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with crew members to meet daily production goals.
Follow jobsite safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Promptly report installation issues, missing materials, and safety concerns.
