About The Position

SALT Service Co. is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to join its growing team. The position is suited to a licensed plumber with strong technical knowledge and outstanding customer service skills. Technicians diagnose plumbing issues, educate homeowners, and provide solutions that improve home safety, comfort, and efficiency.

The role involves responding to residential service calls and working with a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality home services. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with availability required between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. or until daily tasks are complete. Annual earning potential is $80,000–$140,000 based on performance.

Requirements

• Valid Plumbing License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Progressive working history.
• Willingness to share plumbing best practices and techniques with others.
• Ability to contribute to the development and leadership of the growing plumbing team.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a van to respond to residential service calls, managed through Service Titan using a company-provided iPad; the van is equipped with power tools and may be taken home.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction in every task.
• Collaborate with HVAC and Electrical technicians.
• Serve as a plumbing expert and demonstrate plumbing skills and knowledge.
• Train and teach an Apprentice, fostering their development.
• Demonstrate strong character and uphold company values.
• Collaborate effectively with the team.
