About The Position

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes. The role is suited to a detail-oriented, safety-focused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service, and who can work independently or lead small crews. Installers complete projects with minimal supervision, communicate with customers and internal teams, and follow company standards, policies, and procedures at job sites.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to see and hear clearly to perform job duties safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
• Ensure the safety of the crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.
