About The Position
Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer with 2–4 years of residential installation experience. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently or lead small crews, with a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The position requires working in residential areas including attics, crawl spaces, garages, and roofs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes.
- Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
- Ensure the safety of the crew, company vehicles, tools, and customer property.
- Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on job sites.
