About The Position

Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking experienced Plumbing Installers to install plumbing equipment and support residential plumbing projects throughout the Bay Area. The position is based out of the Livermore Service Center and is intended for professionals with at least three years of plumbing experience who are interested in developing their careers with the company.

The role involves installing water heaters, filtration systems, and related items; providing remarkable service and clear communication to residential clients; and educating customers about their water heaters and maintenance requirements. Installers are also expected to maintain their job knowledge through training and educational opportunities and to help train newer installers. The role requires physical work, including lifting and carrying 120–150 pounds, as well as routinely standing, bending, sitting, crawling, and driving.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in the plumbing trade.
• Strong residential plumbing experience and troubleshooting skills.
• A good understanding of local codes, UPC code, and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle the physical workload, including lifting and carrying 120–150 pounds.
• Ability to routinely stand, bend, sit, crawl, and drive.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least three years as a licensed driver and a clean DMV record.
• Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
