Requirements

Valid plumbing license.
Valid driver's license.
Progressive working history.
Willingness to teach plumbing best practices and techniques to others.
Ability to contribute to the development and leadership of the growing plumbing team.
Successful completion of a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Operate a van to respond to residential service calls, managed through Service Titan using a company-provided iPad.
Prioritize customer satisfaction in every task.
Collaborate with HVAC and electrical technicians.
Serve as a plumbing expert and demonstrate plumbing skills and knowledge.
Train and teach an apprentice, supporting their development.
Demonstrate strong character and uphold company values.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
