About The Position

Requirements

• Experience leading in a luxury hospitality, resort, or private club environment
• A passion for relationship-driven service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams
• Business acumen across labor management, cost control, and operational performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A hands-on, adaptable approach in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with Four Seasons values
• Create a warm, personalized, and consistent experience for residents and guests
• Maintain a visible and active presence on the floor, especially during peak periods
• Build meaningful relationships with Hualālai Club members, anticipating preferences and delivering thoughtful service
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail
• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality, seasonally relevant menus
• Manage financial performance, including labor, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining the unique beach house atmosphere—elevated, yet relaxed
