As a Security Officer Patrol Tablet Documentation in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while responding to security-related concerns. Requirements

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs for incidents, patrol observations, and other security-related matters.
