About The Position
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is an essential partner in risk assessment. Within its Insurance vertical, the company provides solutions and decision tools combining public and industry-specific content with technology and analytics to help customers evaluate and predict risk and improve operational efficiency across the insurance policy lifecycle. The Identity Product Management team delivers the ID Compass suite of fraud and identity solutions to the U.S. insurance market. Its offerings include identity verification, risk assessment, multi-factor and knowledge-based authentication, device and email intelligence, digital identity intelligence, behavioral biometrics, and document authentication and biometric verification. The team collaborates across Technology, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and other business functions. As a Senior Product Manager I, you will own a product within the ID Compass suite and drive its strategy, innovation, and commercial success in the insurance industry. You will work across technology, client engagement, and commercial teams to develop customer-focused solutions, guide product development, and support go-to-market activities. The role includes influencing product direction, engaging directly with customers, and acting as a subject matter expert in fraud and identity risk solutions. The position is hybrid in Alpharetta, Georgia; onsite availability is required for interviews.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager owning a product or significant feature within a complex product portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing product strategy and driving commercial outcomes.
- Experience engaging directly with customers and translating customer needs into product solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with digital identity verification and fraud risk solutions.
- Experience within the insurance industry.
- Experience with product strategy and/or product marketing.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential).
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a product within the ID Compass suite.
- Apply knowledge of technology platforms, system architecture, APIs, data tools, and AI/ML capabilities to drive product innovation.
- Use customer insights, market analysis, and key performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Lead end-to-end product development through agile software development processes, including writing requirements and managing design decisions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, product positioning, and launch activities.
- Partner with Client Engagement teams to support sales opportunities, educate the market, and communicate product value.
- Build strong relationships with technology teams and identify opportunities to address evolving customer needs.
- Mentor and share expertise with less experienced Product Managers and contribute to team development.
