About The Position

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing drivers and/or dispatch operations.
• Working knowledge of TDG, NSC, WHMIS, and other transportation and safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, scheduling systems, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer service, and team development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/dispatching software systems.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 with air endorsement considered an asset).

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet operations, or fuel distribution management is preferred (energy or transportation sector preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily logistics operations at the Redonda warehouse facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable workflows across commercial fuel and lubricant deliveries.
• Coordinate routing, scheduling, and dispatch for Red River’s Commercial Energy fleet to achieve on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
• Maintain oversight of warehouse inventory, shipping/receiving, and lubricant/equipment stock management to meet customer and operational needs.
• Supervise a team of Commercial Fuel Drivers and the Dispatch Coordinator, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
• Manage all aspects of compliance with NSC, TDG, WHMIS, and related transportation regulations.
• Manage product procurement, including lubricants, petroleum equipment, and related materials for Redonda and Teulon operations.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support commercial fuel and cardlock pricing alignment.
• Participate in annual budget planning and monitor operational performance against established goals for delivery costs, volume, and efficiency.
• Other tasks as assigned.
