About The Position

You support people with disabilities and mental health needs in living the life they choose. Day to day, that looks like helping someone get ready in the morning, cooking a meal together, driving to an appointment or a job, working through a hard moment when it comes, and writing down how the day went so the next person on shift knows. It is real work. Some days are heavy. The people you support are not problems to be managed, and we do not talk about them that way; our whole approach is built on the idea that everyone deserves care without conditions attached.
