About The Position

Fraser is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work with adults in group homes and apartments. The role involves supporting clients with daily living, personal care, and community activities, helping them build independence and participate in their communities. The position offers customizable scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients and families with diverse needs. Open full-time schedules include Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and a weekend live-in schedule in Hopkins, Minnesota, beginning Friday at 10:00 p.m. and ending Sunday at 10:00 p.m. Starting pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, with meals provided on some shifts.

Requirements

Valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a DHS background study.
Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Administer medications.
Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Support clients with money management.
Complete treatment documentation.
Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, and feeding.
Prepare meals and handle all types of food.
Plan community activities and support community integration.
Provide transportation to and from activities.
