About The Position
We are seeking an accomplished Associate Dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience or GPR/AEGD completion to join our thriving Phoenix practice. Requirements
- Active Arizona DDS or DMD license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or GPR/AEGD program completion
- Advanced proficiency with modern dental technology and digital workflows.
- Proven expertise in extractions, endodontics, surgical procedures, and restorative dentistry
- Exceptional chair-side manner and communication skills that put patients at ease
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with grace under pressure
- A genuine desire to create life-changing outcomes, one smile at a time
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat complex dental conditions with precision.
- Perform advanced restorative procedures, endodontics, extractions, and implant dentistry.
- Design and craft custom prosthetics – bridges, crowns, and dentures that transform smiles.
- Execute surgical procedures on tissues and bone with expertise.
- Empower patients through education, preventive care, and personalized treatment planning.
- Provide compassionate sedation and anesthesia management.
- Guide patients through their healing journey with thoughtful medication management and aftercare.
- Work seamlessly alongside our talented hygienists and dental assistants, you’ll be part of a team that believes exceptional dentistry is a collaborative art.
