About The Position

Today Dental of Crowley is hiring a dentist for a family-owned dental group with offices across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The dentist is the only dentist in the office, so all new patients are theirs, without competing associates or production splits. The practice receives 60+ new patients per month through established marketing and accepts PPO and fee-for-service patients only, with no HMO plans and high reimbursement rates.

The dentist has full clinical autonomy over diagnoses and treatment plans. Molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign are performed in-house, and the company supports continuing education for clinicians who want to expand their scope. The office has a full-time hygienist, modern equipment, and a fully digital setup with a scanner. Lab expenses are covered by the company.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active Texas dental license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose patients and develop treatment plans with full clinical autonomy.

• Serve as the office’s sole dentist and treat new patients assigned to the practice.
