About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a full-time General Dentist for its established Downtown Portland office. The role offers clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions according to patients’ individual needs, with operational and administrative support for staffing, scheduling, billing, marketing, and daily operations. The dentist will join an established patient base and a collaborative team, using modern dental technology to provide patient care. The position includes opportunities for continuing education, mentorship, and professional growth. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and agreement terms.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for building patient relationships and working collaboratively with a dental team.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and make treatment decisions based on individual patient needs.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team.
- Use available dental technology, including digital imaging and diagnostic tools, to support patient care.
