About The Position

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time or part-time General Dentist to join its practice in North Carolina. The dentist will perform examinations and treatments in a collaborative, patient-centric environment while also working independently. The ideal candidate can use current dental technology and brings strong customer service, treatment-planning, and communication skills. The practice provides experienced clinical and administrative support and encourages continuing education and leadership development. Lane & Associates has more than 60 locations across North Carolina and has served local communities since 1980. Its services include general dentistry, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and periodontics, along with programs and treatments such as baby oral exams, children's first dental visits, sleep apnea, and TMJ care. The practice offers mentorship, continuing education, marketing support, and potential ownership opportunities so dentists can focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. dental program with a DDS or DMD.
• Appropriate CEU certifications.
• Current state dental license in good standing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service skills and excellent treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to utilize the latest dental technology.
• Desire to uphold the practice motto and help patients smile.
