About The Position
Ideal Dental is hiring a General Dentist to provide high-quality general and cosmetic dental care and support patients and the dental team. The role offers clinical autonomy with HR, marketing, and operational support, as well as mentorship, training, and continuing education. Dentists may have the opportunity to participate in a joint venture ownership opportunity at a retail practice location. Compensation is production-based, with advertised earning potential of $250,000–$500,000+ per year and fully paid lab expenses. The practice serves primarily fee-for-service and PPO guests and provides digital equipment and clinical resources.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow long-term relationships with guests and team members.
- Provide general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, and Invisalign.
- Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education in collaboration with other doctors.
- Take responsibility for the quality of guest care while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
