About The Position
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused General Dentist to join an established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Thursday schedule split between two nearby office locations. The dentist will practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, fee-for-service environment, with clinical autonomy, an experienced team, modern technology, and established patient bases at both locations. The role is suited to a provider who is open to coaching, values consistent patient care, and seeks a long-term opportunity in a relationship-driven practice. The practice operates two locations, each with six operatories, and has a collaborative team that includes owner and associate providers. It offers limited insurance participation (Delta Dental), a strong hygiene program with flexible assisted and single-column workflows, weekly meetings, and structured onboarding for clinical alignment. North Conway offers year-round outdoor recreation, including skiing and hiking, and access to the White Mountains. Compensation includes an $800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days with quarterly true-up, 35% of collections inclusive of lab fees, and an additional 2% bonus on annual production exceeding $1 million. Benefits include a 401(k) with employer match after one year, paid vacation and sick time, and participation in health insurance.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New Hampshire dental license, or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related care as appropriate.
- Maintain consistency in treatment planning and patient communication.
- Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members across both locations.
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows.
