About The Position

Eastern Dental is seeking a patient-focused Dentist to care for patients in an established, multi-specialty practice using a comprehensive approach to full-service dentistry. The role provides general dentistry treatment and services with clinically sound, compassionate care. Compensation is a guaranteed hourly rate or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher. The position is located at Eastern Dental of Flemington LLC in Flemington, New Jersey, and is full time.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active New Jersey state dental license in good standing.
• Ability to be credentialed with insurance companies and governmental insurance programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in performing regular checkups and dental procedures.
• Critical thinking, decision-making, active listening, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide patients with a caring and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases.
• Provide general dentistry treatment and services with clinically sound and compassionate care.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and dental board procedures.
• Work with staff to provide quality patient care services.
• Address clinical issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide patients with the highest quality of care.
