About The Position
An established private dental practice in Western New York is seeking a Lead General Dentist. The opportunity is intended for a dentist seeking long-term growth, clinical autonomy, and a defined path toward partnership and future ownership. The practice has a loyal patient base, strong treatment demand, modern technology, and an experienced clinical support team. The dentist will provide comprehensive care and contribute to the practice’s continued growth and future direction. The practice offers opportunities to provide restorative, cosmetic, implant, surgical, and clear aligner treatment, supported by modern digital technology, advanced diagnostic capabilities, and clinical and administrative staff. Expected earnings are $300,000–$450,000 or more. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, along with continuing education support and ownership and equity opportunities for the right candidate.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- Three or more years of clinical experience preferred.
