About The Position

This is a lead dentist role as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care, leads a patient-centric clinical team, and exercises clinical judgment while maintaining high standards of dental ethics and professionalism. The position includes comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical treatment, along with mentoring dentists and other dental professionals. The dentist works with the Operations team toward financial objectives and represents Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The role offers full-time, flexible scheduling, a six-month guarantee, signing incentive, relocation stipend, and access to implant and surgical extraction training. The practice is independently owned and operated by a licensed dentist and receives non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
