About The Position

This is a lead dentist role serving as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist provides exceptional patient care, leads a patient-centric clinical team, and exercises clinical judgment and leadership while maintaining high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism. The role includes comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical treatment, as well as mentoring and coaching dentists and other dental professionals. The dentist also works with the Operations team toward financial objectives and represents Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community. The position is full-time, with flexible scheduling and a four-day work week available. The listed salary range is $300,000–$450,000. Location-specific offers include a $60,000 signing incentive, a minimum monthly guarantee for one year, a relocation stipend, strong profit-sharing compensation, sponsored extraction academy training, and sponsored surgical implant training. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients and adhere to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
