About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a lead dentist to serve as Managing Clinical Director. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team and supporting the success of the practice. Aspen Dental provides non-clinical business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on clinical work. The position offers a stated salary range of $300,000–$450,000 per year, a $60,000 signing incentive, a minimum monthly guarantee of $20,000 for one year, a relocation stipend, and strong profit-sharing compensation. Sponsored extraction academy and surgical implant training are also offered. The practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
