About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a lead dentist as a Managing Clinical Director. The dentist will provide exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team, using clinical judgment and leadership to support quality care and professional standards. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patients. The role includes mentoring dentists and dental professionals, supporting practice financial objectives in coordination with Operations, and representing Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community. The position is full-time, with a stated salary range of $215,000–$300,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $15,000 signing incentive, a $7,500 relocation stipend, and sponsored surgical implant training.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
