About The Position

This is a lead dentist role at an Aspen Dental-branded practice. The Managing Clinical Director provides exceptional patient care and leads a patient-centric team, while Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on clinical work. The position includes responsibility for quality of care, clinical leadership, team development, and working with the Operations team toward financial objectives. The role offers full-time, flexible scheduling; a stated salary range of $300,000–$450,000; and location-specific offers including a $60,000 signing incentive, relocation stipend availability, strong profit-sharing compensation, sponsored extraction academy, and sponsored surgical implant training. Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
