About The Position
This is a lead dentist role as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while leading a patient-centric clinical team. The dentist will conduct exams, diagnose conditions, discuss treatment options, and provide high-quality clinical treatments, while also mentoring dental professionals and working with the Operations team on financial objectives. Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support, learning and development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for continuing education and practice ownership. The position is full-time, with a stated salary range of $215,000–$300,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $15,000 signing incentive, a $7,500 relocation stipend, and sponsored surgical implant training.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
- Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to dental practice ethics and professionalism.
- Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
- Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
- Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
