About The Position

This is a lead dentist role at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice, which receives non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc. The Managing Clinical Director leads a patient-centric dental team, provides high-quality patient care, and mentors dentists and other dental professionals. Aspen Dental provides administrative and business support so the dentist can focus on clinical care. The role offers a salary of $300,000–$450,000 per year, a $60,000 signing incentive, a $20,000 minimum monthly guarantee for one year, a relocation stipend, strong profit-sharing compensation, and sponsored surgical implant training. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to dental practice ethics and professional standards.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Present treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team.
• Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
