About The Position

This is a lead dentist role, Managing Clinical Director, at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist leads a patient-centric team, provides comprehensive and high-quality dental care, and applies clinical judgment and leadership while adhering to professional ethics and standards. The position also includes mentoring dentists and dental professionals, collaborating with the Operations team on financial objectives, and representing the practice in the local professional community. Aspen Dental provides non-clinical business and administrative support so dentists can focus on patient care. The role offers a full-time schedule with flexibility, learning and development opportunities, and potential participation in the Practice Ownership Program. Paid live implant training is available.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
