About The Position

This is a lead dentist role as Managing Clinical Director at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The dentist leads a patient-centric clinical team, provides high-quality dental care, and mentors dentists and other dental professionals. Aspen Dental Management provides non-clinical business support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The position is full-time, with a stated salary range of $300,000–$450,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $60,000 signing incentive, a minimum monthly guarantee for one year, a relocation stipend, strong profit-sharing compensation, sponsored Extraction Academy training, and sponsored surgical implant training. Offers may vary by independently owned and operated Aspen Dental location. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centric team while respecting clinical judgment and leadership.
Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients and adhere to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
Mentor and coach new dentists and the broader team of dental professionals.
Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
