About The Position

This is a lead dentist role at an independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded practice. The Managing Clinical Director provides exceptional patient care, leads and mentors a patient-centric dental team, and helps maintain high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and professionalism. The role includes conducting comprehensive examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, discussing treatment plans with patients, and delivering high-quality clinical treatments. The dentist also works with the Operations team toward financial objectives and represents Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community. Aspen Dental Management, Inc. provides non-clinical business support, allowing the dentist to focus on patient care. The position is full-time, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is listed as $200,000–$300,000+ per year. Location-specific offers include a $5,000 signing incentive and a $5,000 relocation stipend. DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities
