About The Position

This is a lead dentist role, titled Managing Clinical Director. The dentist leads a patient-centric team, provides comprehensive and high-quality dental care, and supports the professional development of dentists and other dental team members. The role includes clinical leadership as well as collaboration with the Operations team on financial objectives. Aspen Dental provides non-clinical business and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care. Practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental professional team.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
