Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned and operated practice founded by its original dentist and in operation for over 20 years. The practice focuses on making patient-centered decisions and providing top-quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems. The practice offers clinical autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, mentorship and training from experienced clinicians, and modern, fully digital and paperless facilities. Dentists also have discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee. The posting states that average compensation for the practice ranges from $275,000 to $315,000+, with a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000. Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
