About The Position
United Dental Corporation is growing across the Phoenix and Scottsdale area and is seeking experienced Office Managers to lead operations within our dental offices. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing dental front office operations, and driving performance in a patient-focused environment. We support multiple practices and can align opportunities based on your experience, leadership style, and preferred location.
Requirements
- Prior dental office management experience required
- Strong understanding of dental front office operations, scheduling, insurance, and billing
- Proven ability to manage performance metrics and drive results
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office
- Lead, coach, and support front and back office teams
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, production goals, and performance metrics
- Support insurance, billing, and collections processes
- Ensure a strong patient experience and team culture
- Partner with leadership to drive practice growth
