About The Position

Our exceptional Front Office Team Member will be responsible for creating a fantastic guest experience for every patient, scheduling appointments efficiently, insurance verification and benefit breakdowns, presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements, checking patients in and out smoothly, helping keep the schedule full and organized, and supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of dental front office experience required
- Dentrix experience required
- Ability to provide outstanding, personalized customer service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sunbit, Care Credit, Weave, Pearl, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus
