The Data Governance Analyst is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maturing the organization's enterprise data governance program. This role serves as the primary resource for defining governance processes, improving data quality, developing data standards, and promoting responsible data management across the organization. As TrueScripts continues to expand its use of data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence, this position will help ensure data is trusted, consistent, secure, compliant, and well understood across business and technology teams. The Data Governance Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, leadership, application engineers, data engineers, and external partners to develop governance frameworks that support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance. This role will be instrumental in creating governance capabilities from the ground up, including data stewardship programs, business glossaries, data catalogs, metadata management processes, data quality monitoring, master data management practices, and governance policies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business process knowledge, healthcare data experience, and a passion for building organizational capabilities that improve the value, quality, and trustworthiness of enterprise data assets.
