About The Position

Luxury Presence is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its GTM Analytics team. The team supports Sales, Marketing, and Client Success with analysis and metrics that guide business decisions. The role will deliver analysis on pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohorts, retention, and GRR/NRR drivers, partnering directly with business stakeholders to frame questions and recommendations and carry analysis through to decisions. The analyst will build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, with Salesforce as a core data source, and will own data quality, documentation, definitions, source-of-truth tables, and QA for their domain. The role will also help shape Lighthouse, the company's developing BI-as-code platform, and advance agentic analytics workflows using AI agents to accelerate analysis and automate recurring reporting. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics and works in two-week sprints alongside Analytics Engineering. The analyst will plan and prioritize their backlog against team OKRs, provide proactive stakeholder updates, and work in a fast-iterating environment. The role is based in Austin, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement.
